How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Sincerelead Garage account at any time by email. You do not need to install or open the app to make this request.

1. Email teamAuto@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Sincerelead Garage account deletion request".
3. Include the phone number, email address, username, or other account identifier used in Sincerelead Garage.
4. After we verify that you control the account, we will process the deletion request.

Data Deleted

When your Sincerelead Garage account is deleted, we delete or anonymise account data where reasonably possible, including:

• Account profile information, such as name, phone number, email address, username, user ID, and login credentials.
• Vehicle and service information linked only to your account.
• Uploaded photos or files linked only to your account.
• App usage records and technical logs that directly identify your account.

Data We May Retain

Some records may need to be retained after account deletion when required for legal, accounting, tax, warranty, service history, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes. These records may include invoices, payment records, workshop service records, transaction history, and audit logs.

Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by applicable law, and are then deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.

Processing Time

We usually process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your request, we will contact you using the details you provide.
